Secretary of the Treasury John W. Snow visited the T & M office on Wednesday, February 22, 2006!

Shown above at the T & M office are from left to right:  Eugene Farley of Torrington Lumber,  Dick Kelley of RSK Kellco , David Pressly, President of the National Association of Homebuilders, John Snow, Secretary of the Treasury ( the fellow whose signature appears on dollar bills) and T & M President Greg Ugalde.  The group discussed energy efficiency in homes.  Secretary Snow's visit to T & M was described in an official press release from the United States Department of the Treasury , the National Association of Home Builders newsletter, and newspaper articles in the Register Citizen and Republican American.

  Schoolhouse Landing in East Granby was named Best Small Lot/Unit Community in the 2006 HOBI judging sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut. 

 Also, the Andrew model (pictured above) at Schoolhouse Landing has been named the 2000-3000 SF Single Family House of the Year.   The awards were presented at the HOBI awards dinner on October 18, 2006.

Sunday afternoon December 3 was the dedication ceremony for  Tognalli Drive at Torrington Chase!
