The Andrew has a first floor master bedroom suite with his and hers wardrobe closets and a luxurious master bath with a double vanity, a garden tub and an oversized shower with 2 seats. Optional block window transoms are available above both the tub and the shower. Another option is a television concealed behind the bathroom two way mirror. The kitchen island allows interaction with people in the dining and living rooms. The dining room can have an optional wine bar with storage for both chilled and room temperature wines. The fireplace at the back of the living room can be seen by someone entering the front door over 30 feet away. As an option this fireplace can be a see through indoor outdoor fireplace. There is a laundry room off the mudroom. A turned staircase leads up from the two story foyer to the second floor loft and sitting area.
