Schoolhouse Landing in East Granby has been named Best Small Lot/Unit Community in the 2006 HOBI judging sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut.  Also, the Andrew model at Schoolhouse Landing has been named the 2000-3000 SF Single Family House of the Year.   The awards were presented at the HOBI awards dinner on October 18, 2006.

The Home Builders Association of Connecticut has announced that T & M has won two 2005 HOBI awards for items in the model home at Schoolhouse Landing in East Granby - Best Indoor/Outdoor Feature for the Twilight fireplace and Best Bath Technology for the concealed television behind the two way mirror in the master bath.  The television picture is visible in the upper part of the mirror in the photo below.  The awards dinner was held October 19 at the Aqua Turf Club.

 

2003 Home Builders Association (HBA) of Connecticut Awards:
   

 

The Fenwick model home in Windsor Locks Farms was selected for 2003 as "Best Single Family Home 2,000-3,000 S.F."  The award was  presented November 12, 2003 at an awards dinner at the Aqua Turf Country Club in Southington.  Shown above accepting the award are Sales Manager Ronell Burnham and interior decorator Kristin Fredo. 

Shown above accepting awards at the Aqua Turf on November 12, 2003 are Colchester Chase  interior decorator Lynelle Prast and construction manager Sal Martelle.  The playhouse (a $2,000 option) in the Colchester Chase model home was selected as "Best Home Feature" and the Warmup undertile floor heater in the master bath ( a $2,200 option) was selected as "Best Labor Savings Technology". 

Shown above is the energy saving Rinnai hot water heater located in the master bedroom walk-in closet of the Fenwick model home in Windsor Locks Farms.  This tankless gas heater has been named 2003 Product of the Year in a competition sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut. Shown below is a photo of construction manager Tom Fredo accepting the award at an awards dinner held at the Aqua Turf on November 12, 2003.  It is now available as an option in new T & M homes at a price of $1200.

Greg Ugalde of T & M received the award as Year 2000 Connecticut Builder of the Year! The award was presented at Foxwoods Casino at the annual meeting of the Home Builders Association of Connecticut.
