The Bethany

The Bethany is a cape design with the master bedroom on the first floor.   There is a covered front porch. The kitchen, dining area and great room are all open to one another.  The kitchen sink is below a window and there is lots of storage including a lazy susan and a pantry cabinet.   The island can have the counter extended to accommodate seating.   Off the garage is a  back closet and a laundry aroom. The master suite has a large walk-in closet and a  luxurious master bath with two separate vanites, an oversixed shower with seating and a soaking tub set beneath a large window.   A split staircase takes you up to 2 more bedrooms and a full bath.   The floor plan for the home is shown below.
