After receiving a congratulatory bottle of champagne this happy couple headed to the tub of the model home master bath.   T & M President Greg Ugalde and representative Mindy Eberle look on while T & M sales lady  Lynelle Prast  points to the control for the heated floor system, similar to the one this couple had just selected for their new Senator Highgrove.
