3  CONTRACTS SIGNED IN 1 DAY! 

 

Standing beneath the attic fan in the Colchester Chase model home in the Sept. 17 photo below is Mark Bernfeld of attic fan manufacturer Tamarack Technologies presenting a congratulatory bottle of champagne to the couple to his left who just signed a contract to purchase a Fenwick at Colchester Chase II.  Looking on are Mark's wife Linda on the right and at the left Gayle Temkin, Alyssa Temkin and T & M President Greg Ugalde.
