August 1, 2004 was a busy day at Colchester Chase.   Shown below are the 4 new buyers whose contracts were signed that day.  

Sales Director Joe Duva is pictured below in the conservatory of the model with someone who just signed a contract to build a Senator Pembrooke.

T & M President Greg Ugalde is shown below in the play house with the family who just decided on a Fenwick as their new home.

An Abington was chosen by the the buyer in the center of the photo below who is surrounded by T & M sales hostess Melinda Eberle, construction manager Sal Martelle,  sales representative Lynelle Prast and home designer Andrew Ugalde.
 

 

The couple pictured below stands outside the model home beside T & M President Greg Ugalde after selecting a Fenwick as their new home.
