Directions to Cromwell Chase:

 From Hartford take I-91 south and get off at exit 21. At the bottom of the ramp turn left onto Berlin Road (Route 372).  Drive under the highway and proceed past Lowe's.  Take the next left onto Coles Road and travel 1.5 miles to Cromwell Chase on the right.

From New Haven take I -91 north and get off at exit 21.  At the bottom of the ramp turn left onto Berlin Road (Route 372).   Proceed 4/10 mile and turn left onto Coles Road.  Proceed 1.5 miles to Cromwell Chase on the right.  

The homes in Cromwell will have city water and sewer.  Each home is designed to have a 500 gallon propane tank buried underground.   There are underground electric, telephone and cable television.
