NewT & M began accepting waiting list reservations from prospective Cromwell Chase purchasers on Saturday, February 27, 2010.  That very first day 6 prospective purchasers gave $1000 deposits and were placed on the waiting list.  Arrangements to submit reservation forms can be made by calling 1-800-JOE-DUVA.  Waiting list reservations must be accompanied by a fully  refundable $1000 deposit.   The waiting list terms and conditions are spelled out on the waiting list reservation form which is shown here:

  1. The signature by a T & M representative below acknowledges receipt of a $1,000 deposit, the "Deposit", from the prospective purchaser listed above in order for the prospective purchaser to secure a position on the Cromwell Chase waiting list, the "Waiting List". The position number is shown in the upper right hand corner.

  2. On "Opening Day" prospective purchasers will be given an opportunity, subject to lot availability, to sign a contract to purchase a home in Cromwell Chase in the order in which they appear on the Waiting List.

  3. The Deposit will be refundable at any time prior to signing a contract. If the prospective purchaser does purchase a new home at Cromwell Chase the Deposit will be applied toward the purchase price.

  4. A prospective purchaser cannot assign his position on the Waiting List.

   5.   If a prospective purchaser cancels prior to signing a contract, his position will be passed over on Opening Day.

  1. When a prospective purchaser’s position on the Waiting List comes up on Opening Day that prospective purchaser must enter into a contract immediately or he will be refunded his $1,000 and he will relinquish his position on the Waiting List. In the event that not all lots are released for sale on "Opening Day" and a prospective purchaser wishes to purchase a lot that has not yet been released for sale, the prospective purchaser can choose to remain on the Waiting List until the remaining lots are released for sale.

  2. Any oral or written information received prior to Opening Day is subject to change. T & M is not responsible for any representation made prior to Opening Day.
