The Desiree

The Desiree offers a very open first floor plan where someone in the kitchen can look into both the living room and dining room.  The kitchen has an island, a lazy susan in the corner and a good sized window over the sink.   A pantry closet offers a lot of storage space.  The first floor plan is shown below.

The second floor of the Desiree has 2 bedrooms in the front and the master bedroom in the rear.   There is a  walk-in closet in the master bedroom as well as one of the front bedrooms.   The laundry room is a conveniently located on the second floor just down the hall from the linen closet.  A master bath with one sink and a combination tub/shower is standard but an upgrade to double sinks and a separate soaking tub and oversized shower is available and is shown on the floor plan below.
