OPENING DAY

THE FIRST 2 RESERVATIONS ARE MADE FOR NEW HOMES!  

July 17, 2005 was a busy day at Schoolhouse Landing in East Granby.  It was the first day that reservations were being accepted for the new homes.  Many people flocked to the model home, some of whom you can see in the photos below.

The model kitchen was not yet completed but there was donuts and coffee and water for the people who came out on Opening Day.

Plans and other information were available for review in the living room of the model home.

 

Pictured below in the living room of the Andrew model home are  T & M sales hostess Lois Lovett and T & M President Greg Ugalde standing on either side of this family who just placed a reservation on a Somerset Ascot.

 The gentleman below stands in front of the Krewalk Victorian which he had reserved as T & M president Greg Ugalde hands over a bottle of champagne.
