1. The house selection indicates which of the house styles can be selected for a particular location.   Below the house style name is the first letter of the elevation.   For example, N and V below the Krewalk indicates the New England and Victorian elevations.  T & M wishes to offer a diverse neighborhood and once certain styles are picked for particular location the house selection offered for remaining locations may be limited. The base prices for the various house styles and elevations are shown on the price list.

2. For the Chester,  Somerset and Andrews there is a $9,000 extra cost for walk out basements.  This price includes a choice of (a)4 double hung or sliding windows plus a sliding glass door or (b)6 windows and a swinging glass door. For the Desiree and the Andrew II the base price includes a walkout basement with 2 windows and 1 swinging door.

3. The location premium is added to the base price of the home.

4.  A Somerset on #38 cannot have a living room extension or added family room.

5.  A Somerset on #58 must have an added family room.
