Ellington Highlands is a new family community about 15 miles from Hartford.  This site  has 80 new house lots, all  of which are at least 40,000 square feet (a builder's acre). There is city water and city sewer as well as many other desirable standard features. A price list for the homes as well as a list of some of the available options for the homes are now available!

 From I-91 go to the Rte. 140 exit and proceed to Rte. 83.  Turn right on Rte. 83 and follow to Ellington Highlands on your left.
