June 30, 2002 was a beautiful sunny day!  Shown below are some of the buyers who signed contracts and picked out features for their new Ellington Highlands homes that day.

A family who decided to buy a Fenwick Bradford is pictured below with Mr. and Mrs. Roger Moser, whose family owned the site where Ellington Highlands is being built. 

 

Pictured below is a couple who selected the Richmond Pennsylvania.  This couple was the winner of a raffle held involving people who had visited the product displays set up on opening day under the tents. The prize was a $100 Home Depot gift certificate. 

 

Shown below are two couples helping T & M personnel  cut the cake at the opening. The couple on the left chose a Richmond Warren while the one on the right selected a Fenwick Franklin.
