Chocolate walls and candycorns on the roof added to the festive Halloween atmosphere on October 30, 2004 at Ellington Highlands. 

 

The couple below went out to look at the lot where they had just signed up to have a Fenwick Franklin built.

 

T & M personnel flank this family who just signed a contract to buy a Richmond Warren.

 

The couple on the stairway (the ones not in witch attire) signed a contract for a Senator Highgrove.


 

The couple on the left slept on it and came back Sunday to sign a contract for a Richmond Anna.
