Hand made candy hearts were plentiful at the Valentine's Opening Day at Ellington Highlands. 

T & M President Greg Ugalde presents a bottle of champagne to this family which just signed a contract to purchase a Fenwick Bradford.   At right is T & M representative  Kristine Abramowitz who worked with the family to complete the construction order.

The couple below had a Valentine's weekend to remember as they signed a contract to have a Fenwick Danbury built.

Stopping by at the Valentine's Opening Day was this couple who purchased a home on the Halloween Opening Day and had a baby 3 weeks later.
