It was cold outside with temps in the 20's, but hot inside as 3 homes were sold in one day at Ellington Highlands on Sunday, February 19,2006!

 

NewAlliance Bank mortgage originator Moukda Afshar stands in the model home loft  beside the fellow who just signed a contract to purchase a Fenwick Danbury as T & M Sales Director Joe Duva presents him with a congratulatory bottle of champagne.
