On Opening Day, June 30, 2002, tents were set up next to the sales center where new home products and services were showcased.  

 

John Ritzcovan from Duo Vac demonstrated a central vacuum. 

Dave LeClair from New Haven Savings Bank provided mortgage information.

Window, door and millwork information was available from Eugene Farley of Torrington Lumber Company(TLC). 

Fireplace information was supplied by representatives from Superior Fireplaces.  

Glenn Dworkin from Advanced Mortgage Services was available to answer mortgage questions. 

Ira Davis from Sears handed out appliance catalogues.
