The weather may be cold but sales have been hot with 6 new deposits taken the weekend of January 21 and 22 including 1 each at Bloomfield, 1 at Windsor Locks and 4 at Cromwell.

. Crowds of people attended the Grand Opening of Cromwell Woods on Sunday, January 22. An article about Cromwell Woods was in the January 20 Hartford Courant.

Pictured at right is the newly redesigned Senator colonial nearing completion on lot 28 at Cromwell Woods. The first floor now offers a diagonal hall allowing a view of the family room from the foyer. Other new changes include a window in the powder room, a bigger pantry, a turned staircase and a walk-in closet. A Senator Highgrove is available for quick occupancy on lot 4 at Cromwell Chase. The Senator can also be built at Bloomfield Ridge and Torrington Chase and through affiliated companies in Southington and West Hartford.

T & M has won three 2011 HOBI awards: Best Single Family Home Under $300,000 for the Clark at Ellington Meadows, Best Single Family Home $300,000-$400,000 for the Monroe at Bloomfield Ridge and Best New Economy Home for the Bethany at Ellington Meadows.   The awards will be presented by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut on November 15, 2011.
ctober has been a busy month at Ellington Meadows with closings taking place on the Clark on #13(pictured below) and the Carlyle on #35 .   There is a Bethany on #12 available for quick occupancy.
