The Courtyard
When you enter the front door of the Courtyard you can see from the entry foyer across the great room to the back yard. The great room adjoins the kitchen creating an open expanse over 28 feet wide. The dining room is open to both the kitchen and the great room and is brightly lit with 3 windows. The kitchen has a center island, a lazy susan and a built-in pantry cabinet. The 2 car garage has a turned entrance and a large storage area which connects to the mudroom. Off the mudroom is the laundry and the powder room. An optional den can be added to the rear as shown in the rendering above. This den includes a sliding glass door and is available at an additional cost of $14,000 on a concrete slab or $18,000 with a full basement.
