Rollett Second Floor Plan

There are many second floor plans available with the Rollett.  Shown below is a 763 square foot second floor that does not extend over the garage.  There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a walk-in closet for the master bedroom.

Shown below is a plan with a deluxe master bath that features separate his and hers vanities plus a soaking tub and an oversized shower with seating.

 



   

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shown below is a second floor with a cape style room over the garage. There is a very large master suite with a walk-in closet and a deluxe master bath with separate his and hers vanities plus a soaking tub and an oversized shower with seating. 

Shown below is a 1196 square foot second floor plan which extends over the garage.   The master bedroom is over 22 feet wide and has a double door entry and 6 windows.  The master bath is entered via another set of double doors which line up with the soaking tub and the window above it.  There is an oversized shower with seating and two separate vanities. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet.  A second bedroom and a full bath are entered off a hallway which overlooks the staircase. The area over the garage is shown with 2 additional bedrooms, both of which have walk-in closets.   This 433 square foot area can be left unfinished if so desired.
