Torrington Chase

Torrington Chase is a brand new neighborhood on the east side of Torrington.  Please see the bottom of this page for a list of the house styles being offered and locations where there are model homes.  There are 3 homes built and sold on Clearview Avenue.  In addition there is a new cul-de-sac known as Tognalli Drive with 20 lots ranging in size from 10,000 square feet to 19,457 square feet.  The area has city sewer and city water. 

SUNDAY AFTERNOON DECEMBER 3 WAS THE DEDICATION CEREMONY FOR TOGNALLI DRIVE AT TORRINGTON CHASE!

Directions: 

From  Hartford take Route 84 to Farmington and take the exit onto Route 4.  Follow Route 4 West into Torrington and bear left onto Torrington Heights Road.  Take first left onto Clearview Avenue and proceed down Clearview Avenue to Torrington Chase which is just past Barbero Drive..

From Waterbury take Route 8 North to Exit 44. Turn right at bottom of the ramp onto Route 202 North. Follow Route 202 up the hill and after passing Super 8 Hotel take right onto Torrington Heights Road.   Take a right onto Clearview Avenue and proceed to Torrington Chase which is just past Barbero Drive.
