Torrington Chase is a new neighborhood on the east side of Torrington. Please see the bottom of this page for a list of the house styles being offered and locations where there are model homes. From Waterbury take Route 8 North to Exit 44. Turn right at bottom of the ramp onto Route 202 North. Follow Route 202 up the hill and after passing Super 8 Hotel take right onto Torrington Heights Road. Take a right onto Clearview Avenue and proceed to Torrington Chase which is just past Barbero Drive.
