On Saturday, February 27, 2010 T & M began accepting waiting list reservations from prospective Cromwell Chase purchasers. That very first day 6 prospective purchasers gave $1000 deposits and were placed on the waiting list. Among those are the couple pictured above who are standing between Cromwell Chase Construction Manager Sal Martelle and T & M Sales Director Joe Duva. The Desiree has been named the winner of the 2009 HOBI award for the best home under $300,000. The awards were presented by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut at the awards dinner held on November 10.

T & M is pleased to introduce its newest house style - the Rollett. The photo below shows the new Rollett at Torrington Chase. This home is available for winter occupancey and priced at $259,900 or $233,910 with shared appreciation.
