On June 3 the Town of Windsor Locks gave approval for T & M to proceed with the last 9 lots at Windsor Locks Farms. A map of the lots is pictured below. The Desiree has become a hot seller at Schoolhouse Landing of East Granby!

Bloomfield Ridge was featured in an article in the Friday, June 5 Hartford Courant. The couple on the left below is standing in front of the door to lot 2052 which is a quick occupancy Jefferson which they just contracted to purchase. The couple on the right is standing in front of lot 2054, the site they have chosen to have an Arielle built. Both these couples qualify for the first time home buyer tax credit. On February 17, 2009 President Obama signed economic stimulus legislation authorizing a first time home buyer tax credit. The home must be purchased by December 1, 2009 to qualify.

There was an open house held at the Green House Saturday and Sunday, April 4th and 5th from 12 noon to 5 p.m. in conjunction with the Northwest Connecticut Chamber of Commerce "Go Green" Home & Business Expo . The carriage style garage doors on this house are now available on other T & M homes.
